Our Silicone Foam Profiles & Tapes are manufactured from high quality silicone foam which offers a range of properties and benefits ideal for many commercial and industrial applications.
Products can be manufactured to your exact specifications for almost any application. For example, we regularly supply bespoke ones, cut to the required lengths, for the following applications: Electrical enclosure seals, insulation, outdoor lighting seals, HVAC seals, door seals and outdoor digital signage. Our products offer excellent ozone and UV resistance, are made from closed cells, are thermally stable over a wide temperature range (-60°C to 230°C/250°C) and are available in UL94V0 and EN 45545-2 ratings.
We produce hoses, cords, profiles and tapes from silicone foam in densities from 150 kg/m³ (soft) to 530 kg/m³ (firm). Available in white, riox and grey.

Silicone foam cords
Our silicone foam cords can be produced in diameters from 2 mm to 50 mm. The cords are often cut to length and joined into rings. Popular applications include use as a gasket in applications that require excellent sealing properties in harsh environments.

Our silicone foam square sections can be made from 2 mm up to 60 mm square. As with cords, they are often joined into rings and used as gaskets in ducts to provide good sealing properties.

Our silicone foam tubing (closed cell) is available for general purpose and in almost all of our special formulations. Our foam tubes can be manufactured with an inner diameter (ID) from 5 mm up to 70 mm and an outer diameter (OD) from 10 mm up to 100 mm.

Our silicone foam rectangular profiles can be manufactured from 2.5 mm thick and up to 100 mm wide. Applications include duct seals where the profile lies in a duct to provide a sealing surface. We are able to join the profiles to form rings or mitred corners.
