KS Silicone Profiles are designed, formulated and supplied in a range of grades, hardnesses and finishes. KS Silicone Profiles are available for the full range of silicone compounds in Shore A hardnesses from 30 - 60. The products are ozone, UV and weather resistant and suitable for a wide temperature range from -60°C to 230°C (250°C). The profiles are made from silicone rubber and cut to your exact specifications.
You can choose from the wide range of silicone profiles to suit virtually any application - from standard profiles to custom moulded solutions. Solid silicone rubber profiles are available in square and rectangular shapes and in a wide range of sizes to suit a variety of applications in different industries and markets. The silicone profiles can also be supplied in coils, as sections or in the form of rings in various sizes made using silicone spacers.

Rectangular silicone profiles
Rectangular solid silicone profiles are manufactured in thicknesses from 0.8 mm up to 30 mm and widths up to 150 mm. Popular applications are duct seals, where the profile is inserted into a duct to form a seal.
Square silicone profiles
Square solid silicone profiles are produced from 2 mm up to 50 mm square. The extruded silicone profile can be produced from 2 mm up to 50 mm square.
